General knowledge and structure principle of solenoid ȤӮ羺APP selection
1 Applicability
The model of the medium in the series must be the same as that of the calibration pipeline.
The temperature of the fluid must be less than the calibration temperature of the selected solenoid ȤӮ羺APP.
The allowable liquid viscosity of solenoid ȤӮ羺APP is generally below 20 CST, which should be noted if it is greater than 20 CST.
ZS, ZCW, ZQDF, ZBSF should be selected when the maximum pressure difference of pipeline is less than 0.04MPa, ZCM series direct acting type and step-by-step direct acting type; when the minimum working pressure difference is greater than 0.04MPa, the pilot type (differential pressure type) solenoid ȤӮ羺APP can be selected; the maximum working pressure difference should be less than the maximum calibration pressure of the solenoid ȤӮ羺APP; generally, the solenoid ȤӮ羺APP is one-way operation, so pay attention to whether there is reverse pressure difference, if there is check ȤӮ羺APP installed.

There are normally closed type and normally open type. When the coil is powered on, electromagnetic force is generated to make the moving iron core absorb with the static iron core to open the ȤӮ羺APP directly, and the medium is a path; when the coil is powered off, the electromagnetic force disappears, the moving iron core is reset under the action of spring force, and the ȤӮ羺APP port is closed directly, so the medium is blocked. 2 Step by step direct acting solenoid ȤӮ羺APP
The main ȤӮ羺APP and pilot ȤӮ羺APP make the electromagnetic force and pressure difference directly open the main ȤӮ羺APP port step by step. 3 Indirect pilot solenoid ȤӮ羺APP
This series of solenoid ȤӮ羺APP is composed of pilot ȤӮ羺APP and main ȤӮ羺APP core to form channel combination; normally closed type is closed when it is not powered on. When the coil is energized, the generated magnetic force makes the moving iron core and the static iron core close, and the pilot ȤӮ羺APP port opens, and the medium flows to the outlet. At this time, the pressure in the upper chamber of the main ȤӮ羺APP core decreases, which is lower than the pressure at the inlet side, forming a pressure difference to overcome the spring resistance and then move upward, so as to achieve the purpose of opening the main ȤӮ羺APP port and the medium flows. When the coil is de energized, the magnetic force disappears, and the moving iron core is reset and closed by the spring force. At this time, the medium flows into the balance hole, and the pressure in the upper chamber of the main ȤӮ羺APP core increases, and it moves downward under the action of the spring force to close the main ȤӮ羺APP port.
