Product overview
Zsho pneumatic ball È¤Ó®µç¾ºAPP is a kind of È¤Ó®µç¾ºAPP (ball) which rotates 90 ¡ã around the channel axis. It is composed of piston type double acting or single acting (spring return) pneumatic actuator and oÈ¤Ó®µç¾ºAPP structure. It is equipped with accessory solenoid È¤Ó®µç¾ºAPP, air filter pressure reducer, limit switch (È¤Ó®µç¾ºAPP position alarm) or electropneumatic È¤Ó®µç¾ºAPP positioner to realize automatic control of fluid medium in process pipeline Two position control cutoff
Product features
1. The pneumatic ball È¤Ó®µç¾ºAPP has small fluid resistance, which is one of the least fluid resistance of all È¤Ó®µç¾ºAPPs. It can be opened and closed quickly and conveniently. Driven by compressed air, it can rotate the ball 0 ~ 90 ¡ã with angular stroke output torque through the mechanical transmission È¤Ó®µç¾ºAPP rod of piston rack and gear. The channel of the ball core is smooth and smooth, and the medium is not easy to deposit, so it can be used for pipeline ball passing. It has the advantages of simple structure, light weight and good sealing performance. It is the executive unit of instrument in automatic control system.
2. The electropneumatic È¤Ó®µç¾ºAPP positioner is used to receive 010mA DC or 420mA DC current signal from the control system with electric signal and compressed air as the power. The regulator converts the compressed air into the air source pressure signal input and output, and changes the rotation angle of the ball core to realize the proportional adjustment action.
3. The electromagnetic directional È¤Ó®µç¾ºAPP and È¤Ó®µç¾ºAPP position feedback device are adopted, and the power supply voltage of AC220V or DC24V and compressed air are used as the power to realize the fast two position cutoff control of fluid medium.
4. The pneumatic actuator adopts piston cylinder and crank arm conversion structure, with large output torque, small volume, fully sealed waterproof design and high protection level. The cylinder block adopts mirror cylinder, no oil lubrication, small friction coefficient, corrosion resistance, super durability and reliability. All transmission bearings are lubricated without friction.
